Ingredients :
400 gr. brisée paste (or a disk ready)
an eggplant
one yellow and one red bell pepper
two zucchini
a potato
200 gr. mozzarella
150 gr. ham
two eggs
tablespoon chopped parsley
50 gr. of grated parmesan
salt pepper
Take grilled vegetables sliced and cut into pieces.
Also sliced mozzarella.
Now together in a bowl, grilled vegetables, potatoes, eggs, wheat and parsley, salt and pepper and stir thoroughly to mix.
Take one releasable baking pan and stretch the dough so that it covers the bottom and sides of the mold and cover the bottom with slices of ham and slices of mozzarella.
Then pour the mixture of vegetables and fold the excess dough toward the center, pinching with your fingers. Pass in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 35 minutes.
